Hey guys, the mayor asked me to pass this on.

Dear Villagers,

Thank you for all the hard work you've put into our card contest. My processing team has been working around the clock to process the tens of thousands of entries and we've been astonished by the creativity and skill on show!

Submission closes at 5pm today, after which we won't be able to accept any more entries but you'll still be able to vote.

Once we've processed all entries we'll be relaunching the competition site with only 50 finalists listed. At that point you'll be able to keep voting for the final dash to the finish line for 5 lucky winners!

Everything will stay as it is in terms of voting, we'll only be removing submissions from 5pm at first.

After a term depending on the time it takes to get through the submissions backlog, we'll relaunch with the 50 finalists only.

Sorry but I want to ask that ,how about the entrys upload on 25 th but cannot show until now ? I know that some of the Villagers can't see their work...

No problem, fair question.

We're working hard on the backlog as we speak, and there will be an interim time when newly added items will be given a chance to 'catch up' on votes so to speak.

There's been a delay so it'll still be open for a short while, but it'll be closing any minute...

I think you didn't give enough time to vote for the cards that were submited closest to the closing date... I submited 2 cards that didn't get to have over 50 votes, it was quite obvious that they weren't going to be selected that way.

it doesnt say the card will of had 50 votes it says the 50 with the top most votes percentage will go throught to the next stage so if your picture was 3% and other 6% then the 6% gets throught and not yours
