ya, Restaurant City recently added some chinese food,
but there should have some Hong Kong or Cantonese food!
i love it so much, i'd be satisfied if i see 1 Hong Kong or Cantonese dishes on my Restaurant City menu. lol

Huh? Tofu fa actually soya beancurd. Do they add ginger? I never tried which added ginger :S

in the matter of fact ginger is optional.
there are 2 reasons i chose Ginger as the ingredient.

1.
Personal Favour (lol, style)

When the (Hot) Tofu Fa added Ginger (in the process of making), it comes with refreshing fragrance.
I love it so much! (Ginger is not very strong in favour )

2.
Ginger is not widely used in Restaurant City, just 1 dish and 1 drink.

And that is the reason i've chosen Wonton Noodle as well,
Prawn, Noodles are only used for 1 -2 dish, that's really sad.

by the way, those brown things u see on the Tofu Fa is brown sugar.
Tofu Fa itself is not very strong in favour, brown sugar makes is sweeter and tasty! ha~!

Some add ginger infused syrup, others use soy milk, yet others use dark brown sugar. I've even had some with coconut milk. That was a little too rich, I think... the coconut milk overpowered the delicate flavors of the tofu-fa.

Coconut Milk, I've tasted that before, as what u said, i can only taste the sweetness of the coconut. But, i mean if u look in the other side, Tofu Fa + Coconut Milk is excellent dessert of child!
