In this menu I put my simple but really tasty recipes!
Its not cultural menu, I just offered something I like best.
Hope you like it.

Soups

This is Russian Borsch. I cook it every week at home. I consist of a lot of ingredients: pork, beets, potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes, onions, carrots, pepper, bay leaf, garlic, also add sour cream into ready dish.
The main ingredient is beet. I drew it. I also choose some of ingredients.

Its light taste pea soup with smoked meat and small toasts.

Salads

Lets introduce to you delicious seafood salad!

This is unusual salad. It is also contain beets, like a Borsch.
It consist of: pomegranate, beets, onions, potatoes, carrots, chicken, eggs, walnuts, mayonnaise.
All the ingredients put in layers. Salat has form of bracelet.

Main dishes

Rice on this picture is just garnish. You can Eat Beef Stroganoff with noodles or potato, but i recommend rice with vegetables.

My favorite fried eggs. The best breakfast in the world!

Dessersts

Tiramisu is really popular in this competition. I has it too, because it is my favourite dessert. I choose just 4 ingridients.

Drinks

It is Kvass - national russian drink (non alcoholic).
It produced from bread and it's really tasty!

And finally my favourite coffee...

For drawing I use tablet Wacom Intuos3 a5 and Adobe Flash CS3.

Hmm I'd go for Illustrator or Flash, anyways vector based drawing software.
