"KAPAMPANGAN" Masterpieces!
Wondering what on earth is "Kapampangan"? Well here is the answer!
Kapampangan "Kapampangan" (kah-pam-pah-ngan) NOUN: The term used for the people of the province of Pampanga, Philippines .  Starter Sisig  One of the PRIDE of kapampangans! It's known all over the country. INGREDIENTS: Pork Lime Chili Main Sinigang  Sinigang's characteristic flavor comes from tamarind which gives it a sour taste and overwhelms the taste of its meat. INGREDIENTS: Pork Onion Water Dessert Turon with Ice Cream and Chocolate Syrup  a.k.a. Banana Fritters with Ice Cream and Chocolate Syrup INGREDIENTS: Banana Ice Cream Chocolate Drinks Sago't Gulaman  A Refreshing Drink famous in the Philippines specially during summer together with "Halo-halo" INGREDIENTS: Ice Pearls Milk Dakal pung Salamat!
