Kill Corn! Kill Beans! Kill Pomegranate! Kill Peach! Kill Tofu! **Main dish added**
My inspiration
First of all, I don't really have a "theme." I'm just thinking of dishes that I love, and each dish requires under-used ingredients (e.g. sweetcorn, beans, tofu) and also some "a bit rare" ingredients (e.g. milk, chocolate) to balance the leveling difficulty. The Recipes Starter is a Chinese cuisine.  Main course is a very exotic dish.  Dessert (You can change the fruits; I chose peach and apple because they're not used in many dishes):  Drink is a popular Hong Kong-style drink.  Feel free to comment!

Traditional Red Bean Ice (紅豆冰) actually uses Azuki Beans, Coconut Milk, Rock Sugar Syrup, and Ice; so it's a little different from the ingredients in RC. I do love the idea of using underated ingredients for new dishes though.

I'm thinking of entering, but would you mind if I followed a similar format you made yours in? As in the images, real/RC ingredients, etc.
